Teubert produces special Lost Foam machines in several styles to meet the demands of all Lost Foam projects.
The tiebarless TVZ machine concept allows the implementation of highly precise and absolutely repeatable lost foam pattern production.
Up to three freely programmable, independently adjustable and user friendly control circuits, e.g. for filling, steaming, cooling, etc. are combined on a table press machine with a high-precision linear guiding system. The open access and press table design allow for quick changing of either steam chest or monobloc tooling.
Even an unfavorable distribution of mass in highly complex tools with large and heavy core pulls, resulting in temperature differences, cause no problems for our highly developed "upper and lower" steaming system. The integrated take out system guarantees the damage free extraction of all lost foam patterns, which are automatically placed on a specially designed conveyor belt. As a guideline, our TVZ 130/90 LF molding machine is able to produce enough foam patterns during an "8 hour single shift” for an annual casting line capacity of about 10 - 12 ton. These are just some of the solutions, which take into account the special needs of high quality LF pattern production.
