Dedusting Machine by Heger

The Heger Dedusting System removes dust and fine particulate from recycled bead foam plastic. This enables a molder to add recycled content back into the foam molding process without the headaches caused by dust contamination. The Heger Dedusting System removes fine particles while allowing the clean foam bead to pass through for reintroduction to the molding process to utilize material for reduced waste.

The system may be utilized with EPS, EPE, and EPP foam materials.
