Teubert TVZ Series Machines

The TVZ series machines are designed without traditional tie bars to allow increased access to the molding area for part inserting and takeout operations. This versatile design has been especially popular in automotive applications with EPP and in EPS Lost Foam applications.   Standard features of the TVZ series include:

• Linear guiding systems guarantee precise mold alignment
• Design features of the TVZ allow for longer open travel stroke and wider platens than tie bar designs
• The open machine concept guarantees free access between the machine tables, allowing unobstructed movement for accessories such as handling systems.
