Heger Mixing and Metering

The Pneumix is designed for precise mixing of virgin bead foams with recycled material for introduction into the molding process.  Specifically designed for shape molding, the Heger Pneumix allows homogenous mixing of specified percentages of regrind foam bead with virgin bead for minimizing waste material.

This system is able to be utilized with EPS and EPP bead material.  Nine available programs for varied mixing percentages can be utilized.

The Powermix unit is for the mixing and metering of recycled bead with virgin material for minimization of waste in block molding production.  The powermix is specifically designed for high volume block molding operations.
