Heger Coarse/Fine Grinding System

The Heger Coarse/Fine Grinding System is designed for reprocessing expanded foam parts into regrind material for introduction into molding processes as recycled content.  Large foam parts are processed at the coarse grinder and gravity fed into the fine grinding mill were further processing separates the beads for use as recycled material within molded foam parts.

The Heger Fine Grinding system processes coarse foam grindings to provide individual bead particle for re-introduction into the molding process.  The Fine grinding system is effective for extruded material such as XPS for reintroduction into extruder applications.  Fine grinder screens available from 2-20 mm to accommodate all applications.

Other Applications:  Individual bead grindings offer a material that can be utilized in the production of lightweight concrete, replacing the traditional aggregate that is currently used.
