Heger Tiger 130 T

Tiger 130 B 700
El Heger Tiger 130 B 700 está diseñada para aplicaciones pequeñas en la cuales se requiere procesar piezas grandes. El Heger Tiger 130 está equipado con una pre trituradora para rápidamente convertir piezas grandes en partículas más pequeñas para su igreso al tubo de compresión. La tecnología de compresión en frío es un sistema eficiente en el consumo de energía con el que obtenemos el mayor valor al procesamiento de materiales de espuma (foam).
Heger Tiger 200 T and 200 B Series
The Heger Tiger 200 System is designed to meet the needs of mid-sized foam recycling operations. The Heger Tiger 200 System is available with or without a prebreaker.
Heger Tiger 200 T is capable of processing up to 130 lbs. hour. The dual-function screw auger breaks foam parts into smaller pieces then conveys the pieces into the compression tube. A very efficient machine concept provides the ability to make the most out of your foam recycling operation.
Heger Tiger 200 B is designed for processing large foam parts efficiently. This system is equipped with a prebreaker directly atop the compactor for breaking the large foam parts into smaller pieces. Once broken, the foam pieces are gravity fed into the screw auger for introduction into the compression tube. This system is designed to quickly process large foam parts for an efficient operation. A variety of prebreaker sizes are available to process the largest foam part efficiently.
TIGER 300 B series with prebreaker
The Heger Tiger 300 B Series Compacting System is designed for large application foam recycling. The Tiger 300 B System is engineered with quality components for a high-output, energy-efficient foam recycling operation. Complete with automatic density control, stainless steel compression tube, and self-contained water-cooling sleeve the Tiger 300 System is designed for long-service life and minimal maintenance requirements.

TIGER 400 B series with prebreaker
The Heger Tiger 400 B is the largest stand-alone system available for large foam recycling operations. The robust construct of the German engineered Heger Tiger 400 System is able to efficiently process large amounts of EPS and XPS materials with low maintenance requirements. The Heger Tiger 400 System is available with a conveyor feed and/or within a Compression Line System in which a large buffer silo is placed between the prebreaker and compactor for labor minimization.
