The Teubert machine is our "top of the line" and is widely used in
Europe and North America for the processing of EPP, EPE, EPS, and Copolymer expandable
foams. More than 200 Teubert
molding machines are in operation in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Teubert produces three different series of horizontal machines
for EPS and EPP shape molding. All
three series use the same control software and hardware.
All three series are available in EPS, EPP, Lost Foam and
combo configurations.
TransTec series machines
The TransTec is a shuttle type machine with two load/unload
stations. Dual stations allows the machine to be in a
molding process during the load/unload process in the second
improving molding efficiency dramatically.
Unimat
series machines
This is the
workhorse of the Teubert group. The Unimat is a tie bar machine with the
filling and ejection typically on the fixed side. TVZ

machines to produce ventless visors with in-molded inserts or
