EPS / EPE Shape Molding Machines
Shiuh-Chuan manufacturers the "Glintstar" line of EPS/EPE foam
shape molding machines. Mold plate sizes range from 752 x 1051 mm up to 1450 x 1800 mm. The Glintstar line of machines is split into two series, the AV
and the CE.
The AV Series is a steel platen EPS / EPE press supplied with a set of steam
chests to accept "plate style" molds. The steam chests can be
removed and custom "self-contained" molds can be installed.

The CE Series is a line of EPS / EPE machines designed to accept plate style molds
made for some competitors machines. Standard mold plate sizes include
700 x 1000 mm, 800 x 1300 mm, 1000 x 1200 mm, and 1200 x 1400 mm.
Other sizes available upon request.
