EPS / EPE Shape Molding Machines
Shiuh-Chuan manufacturers the "AV" and "CE" lines of EPS/EPE foam shape molding machines. Mold plate sizes range from 750 x 1050 mm up to 1450 x 1900 mm.
AV Series EPS/EPE Molding Machines
The AV Series is a steel platen EPS / EPE press supplied with a set of steam chests to accept "plate style" molds. The steam chests can be removed and custom "self-contained" molds can be installed.

CE Series EPS/EPE Molding Machines
The CE Series is a line of EPS / EPE machines designed to accept plate style molds made for some competitors machines. Standard mold plate sizes include 700 x 1000 mm, 800 x 1300 mm, 1000 x 1200 mm, and 1200 x 1400 mm. Other sizes are available upon request.

Continuous Pre-expanders for EPS and Co-Polymers
Shiuh-Chuan also produces several sizes of continuous pre-expander systems with throughput rates up to 1000 lbs/hour. All systems include:
- Pre-expander with automatic hopper loader
- Variable speed feed auger
- Control cabinet for all equipment
- Steam regulator
- Fluid Bed Dryer with steam heater
- Screener with lump breaker
- Material transport airveyor
- Second pass feed auger (optional)
