Nymphius Filling Injectors
The
Nymphius Injector line contains many standard models as well as special sizes.
Nymphius produces smooth barrel and threaded barrel models in
various diameters and lengths. Barrel tip diameters are available in
standard and special diameters to fit most applications. Nymphius
has fillgun designs for EPS, Lost Foam, EPP and large copolymer beads. One of
the most important options available in all styles of Nymphius fillguns is the
part ejection feature. This can eliminate the additional tooling cost
required for an ejection system, reduces tool setup time, and can save in overall
cycle time.
