A Compression Line can be designed for compressing and densifing any of the plastic foams by adding a buffering silo between the Pre-breaker and the compactor.

The primary advantage of a Compression Line is a reduction of labor. In most cases, the operator can load foam into the Pre-breaker much faster than the compactor can compress it. The operator no longer need to wait a moment or two for the for the compactor to catch up.

The silo adds a buffer so the operator can load the Pre-breaker as fast as he would like. The compactor will run with little or no supervision as long as there is material in the silo.
