| The Teubert TDV - 100
LF batch pre-expander was developed specifically for Lost Foam
applications. The design is based on the simple fact that
pre-expanders need to be easy to clean when switching materials. The TDV -
100 LF is hinged from top to bottom and opens similar to a typical
continuous pre-expander allowing complete access to the 100 liter foaming
chamber.
The TDV - 100 LF is also excellent for non
Lost Foam molders who pre-expand colored material and
special materials due to it's ease of cleaning.
The electronic control stores an unlimited
numbers of programs for different materials and densities. Steam
pressures are electronically controlled using digital regulation
with feedback loop, which minimizes density variances.
The TDV-100 system is complete with raw
material loader, weight load cell, fluid bed dryer, and
screener.
