Screw Compactors

The purpose of compacting is to reduce volume and increase density making shipping of EPS foam to a recycling center economical. HEGER compactors produce high density logs allowing trailers to be loaded to maximum weights.

GZV-S-A 200 - 600     Compactor plus 600 mm wide Pre-Breaker

Produces a continuous log of compacted EPS or Styrofoam®

Small footprint:   51" x 106" 

The GZV-S-A 200 is available with Pre-Breakers up to 1100 mm wide  (43.3")

Large Volume Compactors

GZV-S-A 400 - 1400     Compactor plus 1400 mm wide Pre-Breaker                          

Produces a continuous log of compacted EPS or Styrofoam® 

Log dimensions:  400 x 400 mm (15-3/4" x 15-3/4")     

Footprint:  53" x 140"

The GZV-S-A 400 is available with Pre-Breakers up to 1400 mm wide  (55.1")
